Cleaning Instructions
WEE Care - for Pet Loo dog use | Kitty Care - for Pet Loo cat use
CLEANING DO’s:
- Daily: Pour warm water over the grass to flush out any excess urine.
- 2-3 times a Week: Spray WEE Care or Kitty Care on the Loo & Grass. Let dry.
- Weekly: Remove the grass from the unit and wash it down with mid-pressured water – (Ideally a hose or in the shower until liquid is clear).
- Then spray WEE Care or Kitty Care onto the unit + Grass Air Out/Dry: Please ensure that the grass is dried thoroughly after washing before reusing it on the unit.
CLEANING DON’TS:
While we make every effort we can to create a reliable and hardy product, The Pet Loo and synthetic grass are not 100% bulletproof. Here are some things you should not do when cleaning your Loo:
- Do not use bleach
- Do not use chemical cleaners
- Do not use cleaners or any other product that contains citrus
- Do not rinse with boiling water, use only warm tap water

Quick Tip: It's always a great idea to have some Replacement Pet Loo Grass on hand to help with the cleaning process, "while one is being cleaned, aired and dried... use the replacement”.
The Pet Loo grass is a custom tufted product designed to fit your Pet Loo specifically. Pet Loo grasses do not have finished edges as it would be a trap for urine and faeces. It is normal for the grass to shed, just as a new carpet would with wear and tear. Pet Loo Grass is designed to replicate a real grass environment for your pet. Replacement grass overtime will be required.
