Victoria proposes tougher pet breeding laws…

The Victorian Government is proposing tougher laws on pet breeders to try to stop inhumane treatment of cats and dogs. If re-elected in November, the Government will give councils the power to shut down rogue pet breeding operations and immediately seize animals.
