Australian pet product company, Pup-Pee Solutions has launched No Range, a line of enzyme products designed to naturally treat pet smells and stains.

The enzymes in No Range dissolve organic matter from pet accidents, blood, food and beverages quickly and easily. Their natural, biodegradable formula does not harm or discolor carpets or upholstery or irritate sensitive skin, eyes or noses. “With the No Range in your home you literally have trillions of natural enzymes working for you to break down undesirable organic material safely and effectively; resulting in a healthier pet and home,” says Tobi Skovron, founder of Pup Pee Solutions.

The No Range consists of three core products; Wee Care, Liquid-ate and Whiff-off.

Wee Care: Developed to create a healthy habitat for your pet and your family; Wee Care eliminates germs from a pet’s waste and toileting area. This product was developed to be used with The Pet Loo, “A back yard in a box” that allows an animal to relieve itself when its owner can’t be there.

Liquid-Ate: Eliminates stains and odors permanently, such as pet stains and accidents, blood stains, food & beverage spillage, feces, urine and vomit. Unlike competing products that mask odors temporarily, Liquid-ate safely combats the root of the problem making the home a cleaner and healthier place to be.

Whiff-Off: A specifically formulated mixture of citrus scents and enzymes that effectively eliminates airborne odors from any pet source, permanently.

 Features of No Range:

· Safe for your pet & the whole family

· 100% natural & biodegradable

· Permanently removes ALL organic odors & stains

· Hypo-allergenic

· Discourages pets from re-soiling in the same area

How do enzymes work?

Enzymes are complex protein molecules that promote the rapid progress of nearly every chemical reaction essential to life. In nature, enzymes decompose organic material by breaking it down to its original components, such as carbon dioxide and water – and this is exactly what they do in the No Range.

The No Range are revolutionary products that are non-toxic, non-irritating, 100% biodegradable and harmless to your pet, family & environment.

Pup-Pee Solutions ongoing mission to produce products that are

safe for people, pets and the planet!

At Pup-Pee Solutions we pride ourselves at being the best at what we do. Our Loo patrons and their owners communicate with us daily, telling us how much of a positive impact The Pet Loo has had in their lives. It’s for this reason that we have sold in excess of 60,000 Pet Loo’s in over 73 countries around the globe.

Our success and reputation formed from a foundation team comprising two in-house Engineers and a Biochemist, who combined, have decades of experience in their chosen fields. In addition to experience pet industry experts, pet behaviorists, and pet care professionals

Through this foundation team The Pet Loo was designed and re-worked for three years before its first production to ensure that the most effective and efficient product could be obtained…. the evolution of The Pet Loo is a constant journey.

Our Engineers and Biochemist are constantly looking at new products to complement The Pet Loo and investigate customer enquiries and suggestions to see if they can work for our product range. One of the issues during the conception of The Pet Loo was the decision of which base materials were going to be the best for our products.

The public are only too aware that some plastics are toxic, emitting carcinogenic chemicals as they break down. We’re proud to say that at Pup-Pee Solutions the plastic we use is not. It is a new generation plastic, created for this very reason. It’s incredibly tough, is resistant to the acidity of urine and will not harm the people or pets that come into contact with it.

Pup-Pee’s philosophy of being ‘Safe for people, pets and planet is one we hold in high regard. Even our range of cleaning solutions are chemical free, bio-degradable and non-toxic. After sourcing the right plastic, our foundation team then looked into further treatments that we could incorporate into The Pet Loo.

The treatments that we found to be the most relevant and effective on our product were a UV treatment and Teflon-like coating. Both of these were chosen to not only extend the life of the product but make the cleaning process even easier on an already low maintenance creation.

We had toyed with the idea back in 2003 to include an antibacterial or antimicrobial agent into the plastic, however we did not want to encourage people to abandon the daily rinsing and weekly cleaning required to keep their Pet Loo in tip-top condition.

Let’s face it, outside of keeping your pet’s toileting area waste free, your pet does not live in a sterile environment. What keeps your pet from getting sick is a healthy immune system.  Pets are exposed to thousands of viruses and bacteria everyday and it’s their immune systems that keep them safe and well, not antimicrobial products that we might introduce into their lives.

As consumers we all need to be aware of what we are purchasing for ourselves, and as responsible pet owners we have to take this task on where they cannot.

So next time you're out shopping for your dog, cat or otherwise,  ask your pet retailer what’s actually in the product or take the time to read the packaging yourself. Only then will you know what you’re really buying.

Kitty Kat, The Pet Loo on the prowl…

Here at the House of Loo we like to know what pet owners think, what they like and don’t like and most importantly what they want.

We’ve talked to customers, read their emails and studied their online forums. One of the most common complaints that we hear is how fed up cat owners are of kitty litter. Whether they use clay, crystal or plant derived alternatives, not one brand seemed to provide the customer with everything they wanted. And as fellow cat owners, we too were becoming fed up.

How many times did we have to pull out the vacuum cleaner for the third time in two days just to pick up those stray pieces of litter that somehow managed to escape? Or how much money were we actually spending on kitty litter every year? Should we even mention the dreaded job of having to sift around a pile of litter just to find that it hasn’t clumped or deodorised or absorbed as the packet promised it would. What better way to solve the problem than to get rid of litter entirely!

So in June 2008 we launched the Kitty Kat - the third member of the Pet Loo family. The Kitty Kat works in the same way as The Pet Loo and Mini Wee do; synthetic grass that sits on top of a corrugated base, allows urine to filter down into the easy-to-empty catchment jug. Faeces are simply scooped off the top. The Kitty Kat is emptied daily so no urine smells hang around, unlike its counterpart where urine is trapped in the litter until you next decide to empty it.

Your cat will be much happier when they don’t have to scratch around to find an area that isn’t heavily soiled. The uses of the Kitty Kat doesn’t just end with cats either, guinea pigs, rabbits and other small animals are enjoying a cleaner way of toileting.

Do yourself and your cat a favour by picking up a Kitty Kat today!
